- hook strdup and getcwd, since they allocate memory internally
- better reporting of owner in case only partial information is
available (don't give up and report "unknown")

Updated the MP screen, connecting and chatting now work. Starting a game doesn't work, due to startGame() somehow being non-functional in MP mode.
