It wasn't represeting maximumum or average CPU frequency. Just a
frequency calculated at the time of HW report. Also it was
working only for Windows and x86-64.
NUMA is needed for multiprocessors systems like server ones. We don't
target such platform. OS shouldn't handle that for us.
Also we had NUMA support only for Windows.
It was implemented on Windows only. It doesn't really contain a useful
for us information which can not be obtained by diagnostic tools like
dxdiag when needed.
The filter was rarely used. The implementation was overly complex and
might have filtered out strings that should have been printed.
Tags like "FILES|" have been removed.
For the loader a macro `LOADER_LOG` has been introduced.
In case of incompatible mods listed on the command line we can't launch
the mod selector from Atlas. Instead list the offending mods and launch
with the default mods.

Instead query g_VideoMode where needed. As both g_xres and g_yres aren't
global anymore remove static from UpdateRenderer. While at it use more
desicriptive names: GetXRes -> GetWindowWidth, GetYRes ->
GetWindowHeight.
This reduces the amount of variables tracking width and height by one
each.

We can render the game only with shaders so we don't need to support
fixed function pipeline as a separate render path. We only need to know
when to warn a user.
Fixes#6244
GTK used by wxWidgets on Unix calls it when creating an X11 window as
does SDL. As such this is no longer needed and we avoid a direct
dependency on X11.

The new system allows to register all function objects as Input::Handler
not only function pointers.
To not get dangling references a handler is unsubscribed on it's
destruction.
The order in with the handlers are executed has to be specified by the
slot-argument, instead of the reverse order of registration.
Commit 6a8366b99a added additional
libraries to the report but didn't consider gloox be optional. Address
this false assumption allowing to build pyrogenesis without lobby
support.

Since the completion is checked using the promise the `onTick` function
can be removed.
This replaces the `AutoStart` `AutoStartClient` and `AutoStartHost` by
async functions.
The functions can now return something to the engine. That is used to
inform the engine which page to open. That was previously done in
JavaScript. Which is ugly because it doesn't know whether it's in
visual-mode.
It's better to construct a js-array from a `JS::RootedValueVector`.
Because it is more strongly typed and the index doesn't has to be
specified when appending an element.
Some usages are replaced with `JS::RootedValueArray`.
Fixes: #8702
`LoadScripts` and `LoadDefaultScripts` have to be called imediately
after the `CSimulation2` constructor.
By doing the necesarry work in the constructor and removing
`LoadScripts` and `LoadDefaultScripts` the interface of `CSimulation2`
is simplified.
All functions had a `LDR_` prefix. The prefix is removed.
Functions and globals which are only used in Loader.cpp are now
contained in an anonymous namespace.
When a script in "simulation/helpers/" contained an error. Files in
"simulation/components" aren't loaded. The return value of
`LoadDefaultScripts` indicated an error but was ignored. The simulation
still tried to start.
Now instead of returning a ignoreable error code the error is thrown. In
the common path the error is implicitly rethrown to the JS-function
which tried to start the game.

It's not permitted to pass a nullptr to the `app_hooks_update`. So a
reference should be used.
CppCheck says one shouldn't take pointer to a temporary.
With C++20 the custom container PS:span, which was a backport of
std::span is no longer needed.
