Ykkrosh 5d9615da50 Modified version of Premake 3.1. Changes are:
* support for NASM .asm files
* -MF option to compiler
* non-automatic PCH support
* no-edit-and-continue flag
* (no-)native-wchar_t
* no-manifest
* trimprefix, to avoid wasteful deep nesting in project files

This was SVN commit r3783.
