While the desired options for indent size and style are Python's defaults, let's make it explicit by specifying it in the EditorConfig. As part of this, this also removes unnecessary inline formatting options for Python files.
Instructions
Install python 3 and the python dependencies
pip install -r requirements.txt
Install glslc and spirv-tools 2023+ (the easiest way is to install Vulkan SDK)
Run the compile.py script
python compile.py path-to-folder-with-input-mods mod-output-path rules-path
