janwas aebf8cbf68 fix VFS bug preventing directories from being created: ...

- vfs_lookup: currentPath was of wrong type; simplified and fix create
logic
- archive_zip: fix: correctly handle filenames with /
- vfs: remove workaround for above bug
- io: temporarily disable block caching (works around problem with zip
file created by 7z)

add and use new wdbg_heap module (WIP)
remove mmgr

pathfinding change: the engine uses Triangulation and A* on triangles now. dcdt package added. premake.lua changed to include the dcdt code. it needs to run update-workspaces.bat (flag -showOverlay will draw the triangulation and a single unit paths)
