Itms 80c8c2c3d6 SpiderMonkey 38 upgrade: 27/35 ...

JS_NewRuntime had the useHelperThreads param removed and a
maxNurseryBytes param added. Patch by leper.
Addresses https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=941805 and
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1034621
