Ykkrosh f5a2a141dc Fixed non-PCH compiles.
Removed a few global variables from Atlas.
Added call to srand(time).
Restored NotebookEvent in wxJS.

acpi and mahaf: now set ModuleInitState to error if something fails (prevents a subsequent init from returning true and allowing its dependent to continue and crash into a wall)
