elexis d61e315f4d Fix few style issues remarked by leper. ...

Add a unit (seconds) to the network-timeout warning.
Rename isChatAddressee to parseChatAddressee as it changes the message.
Early return for EnableOOSLog to avoid printing duplicate messages.
