Uses make_unique_for_overwrite in LinearAllocator
We don't need to initialize that memory. libcxx currently doesn't support
that. Also fixed wrong initialization order in the constructor.

Removes unused pointer from the allocate function
Also allows to compare ProxyAllocator. For example, it might be
required for containers to compare iterators.

Adds LinearAllocator for faster allocations.
LinearAllocator (also known as bump allocator) allows to reuse the
same memory across the frame for short lifetime allocations.
