Up to now `eslint-plugin-brace-rules` was used to enforce a common brace
style for JavaScript code. This plugin was however updated the last time
over 9 years ago and will be incompatible with ESLint v10, as that
[removes `context.getSourceCode()`][1], the plugin relies on.
To keep the eslint config working with ESLint v10, this replaces
`eslint-plugin-brace-rules` with the [`@stylistic/brace-style`][2] rule
from `@stylistic/eslint-plugin`, a package we already use.
While `@stylistic/brace-style` doesn't offer an option to format braces
in exactly the same way as before, the "allman" style seems to be the
one closest to the existing code.

The perl script extract.pl just checks for a line matching
'-- include data json--', so making it valid js is can be done just
fine.
Also fix eslint warning is graph.js.

Update years in terms and other legal(ish) documents
Don't update years in license headers, since change is not meaningful
Will add linter rule in seperate commit

All modern browsers block ajax request to local file.
This changes extract.pl to generate a single HTML file with data
embedded.
This is now the default behaviour, --to-json to export, --from-json to
load exported.

Support multiple graphs with different scales, units, rounding and
descriptions and use it for memory allocation and number of garbage
collections.
Have the X axis in number of turns (instead of that divided by 20).
Don't have the legend hide part of the graph.
Add references to that hardcoded 20.
Move graph JS to a separate JS file.
Use JSON instead of JS.
Add legal html structure.

Thus fix lineendings in files that were missed in bcbf25bfbd, as
reported by Imarok.
(SVN throws an error when trying to set the native filending property on
a file with mixed fileendings. However when recursing it hides this
error).
